Students can search a catalog of services and success providers to find help for specific needs, such as a sign-language interpreter or math tutor. This is also a valuable reference for people assisting students.

Online Scheduling for Individual and Group
Appointments
Advisors, tutors, and instructors can set up meeting time blocks, allowing students to sign up for available spots. Email notifications and reminders prompt attendance.
They can also offer group sessions—enabling multiple users to meet at the same time for training, advising or studying.

 Two-Way Integration with Outlook and Other Online
Calendars
Students can schedule time on the Web through Starfish. These appointments
are automatically forwarded to the online calendars of advisors and instructors.
Need to cancel an appointment? Do it directly through Microsoft® Outlook®!
Starfish support includes Microsoft® Outlook®, iCal®, Entourage®, Gmail™,
Yahoo™, Lotus Notes® and Novell® GroupWise®. Also allow others (e.g., office
assistant) to manage advisors’ schedules, create and edit office hours and setup
and cancel appointments.

A consolidated view of student records and interactions (e.g., flags,
appointment history, notes, courses, grades) in a single location. Write notes
about a student that can be kept private. Or share notes with other members of a
student’s success network.
